D365 F&O Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to support a large-scale, multi-region implementation for a global pharmaceutical client. This is a long-term engagement involving the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across six international regions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize D365 F&O solutions in alignment with the client’s operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements across finance and supply chain domains
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for D365 F&O
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet project needs
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities across regional rollouts
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure localized compliance and processes
• Identify risks and suggest improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant advantage
