Asset care Maintenance Manager

In this position, you will inspire your team, optimize asset care processes, and ensure the highest standards in maintenance, safety, and efficiency. People Management: Recruit, select, and retain top talent for your maintenance team. Coach and develop team members, ensuring continuous training and a positive work environment. Inspire your team to maximize potential, foster collaboration, and maintain motivation. Oversee all asset care activities, ensuring equipment uptime, reliability, and smooth production. Optimize maintenance processes to reduce costs and minimize downtime while maintaining high-quality standards. Manage the maintenance budget, including outsourced activities like facilities management, to align with financial goals. HACCP, BRC, FDA, Halal, Kosher) across the site. Work closely with production, engineering, quality, safety, and HR teams to align maintenance activities with overall production goals. Drive operational excellence by focusing on energy efficiency and optimizing utilities management for 19 buildings. Lead a team of 6 direct reports focused on improving the reliability and performance of critical assets. As an Senior Maintenance Manager , you: Hold a Technical Master’s degree or have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Have hands-on experience in asset management, preventive maintenance , and process optimization. Are fluent in Dutch and English ; French is a plus. Have experience managing budgets and are familiar with SAP . Possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with production, engineering, and reliability teams.
