We’re hiring a SAP Business Analyst to join a major infrastructure transformation initiative in Brussels. You’ll play a key role in refining and optimising customer-related processes across SAP S/4HANA, SD, CRM, and CPM environments. This is a bilingual role - fluency in French and Dutch is essential, with all documentation in English.

🔍 Key Skills Required:

• ✅ 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in SAP S/4HANA projects (ideally SD, CRM, CPM)
• ✅ Expertise in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and UML
• ✅ Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
• ✅ Fluent in French and Dutch with strong written English
• ✅ Experience in testing, training, and stakeholder enablement

📌 Areas of Responsibility:

• 🧩 Lead workshops to gather and clarify business requirements
• 🔄 Translate requirements into functional and process models
• 📊 Validate IT functional analysis and provide feedback to dev teams
• 🧪 Support unit and end-user testing phases
• 🎓 Deliver training material and conduct sessions with key users
