Job content:Point of contact for internal employees.On a daily basis, you are responsible for Incident Management, Request Management, Service Desk processes.You collaborate with other colleagues in all Global IS functions to meet agreed SLAs.You always take a critical look at the processes and make improvement proposals for operational procedures. You have the opportunity to work out (improvement) projects.You implement new Service Excellence working methods.Your profile:Experience in a similar position.You have knowledge within client and server OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019), Office applications (2013, 2016, 2019, O365) and a base in Networking, WAN/LAN.You are a communicator, able to interact with colleagues and stakeholders of every par tof the organisation. You can handle pressure and are stress-resistant. In addition, you are a real team player.You are open to doing standby duty 1 week every 3 weeks.
