In order to give dedicated and tailored focus to this category with high sales potential on high-value crops, the BioWorks division was created early 2024.
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join the BioWorks Europe team. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Technical Services, and Finance to deliver data-driven marketing that supports growth in key territories with primary focus on Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, technical and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Product pricing analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven recommendations.
Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including promotional plans, sales materials, and training programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient product rollouts.
Exploring the new product potential, successful planning for positioning including packing, pricing, schemes etc.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product management, or business development, preferably in biologicals, crop protection, or agri-inputs market.
