At Bloom Caregroup, we are committed to providing compassionate care while ensuring operational excellence as we continue to build a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Due to our recent and ongoing growth, we are expanding our finance team. We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is eager to grow with us and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced, acquisition-driven business. As a Junior Accountant , you will work closely with the Senior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, integration of new acquisitions, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities. Reconcile bank statements and key balance sheet accounts Help with the integration of new acquisitions into the group’s financial systems and processes Provide financial data to support decision-making and reporting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. ~1–2 years of relevant accounting experience ~ Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping ~ Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with accounting systems ~ Ability to work across different legal and cultural environments (Belgium and the Netherlands). ~ Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
