Senior Project Management Coordinator

Job Title: EU Project Manager (Communication, Outreach, and Policy) Access Advisors is a people-first, multi-disciplinary company based in the heart of Brussels, dedicated to helping our clients amplify their voices where it matters. We support conscientious organisations in succeeding in the EU and maximising opportunities across various sectors, including tech, peace-building, and sustainability. Our clients range from NGOs and businesses to start-ups. With a decade of experience working directly with EU institutions, local governments, and the UN Human Rights Council, our team creates tailored and innovative public affairs and communications solutions, placing our clients where it truly counts. Access Advisors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for EU policy and a proven track record in managing projects related to education, digital credentials, micro-credentials, and skills development, we want to hear from you! Lead and manage EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. Utilise tools like Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data, create reports, and design presentations. Contribute to proposal writing for potential EU projects' applications. Maintain AA website and social media content, including blog posts on key EU topics. Analyse, identify and engage stakeholders. Manage events. Proven experience in project management, especially within EU-funded initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility in work arrangement: this role can be full-time or a consultancy position.
