Bradford Jacobs is currently working with a market-leading Legal Services client who are a specialist in the IP Sector. Are you passionate about building exceptional client relationships? Join a dynamic team as a Client Engagement Manager and help shape the future of client success across Europe. As a Client Engagement Manager , you’ll be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, particularly IP law and agency firms across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a client-focused team within a fast-growing organisation that supports legal professionals with innovative, tailored services. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with law firms and IP agencies throughout Europe. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent, proactive, and high-quality communication. Develop tailored engagement plans to increase retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and in-person meetings (occasional travel across Europe, particularly Germany). Being fluent in German and English (both spoken and written) is a major benefit. Proven experience in a client-facing B2B role, ideally within the legal or IP sector. Strong understanding of the European legal market and law firm structures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior legal stakeholders. Willingness to travel within Europe as required. Background in legal services, legal tech, or IP consultancy. Familiarity with CRM systems and client success tools.
