Join a major infrastructure project driving sustainable and reliable electricity development. We're looking for a bilingual SAP Business Analyst to focus on the development and optimisation of sales and customer-related processes across SAP S/4HANA , SD , CRM , and CPM modules. You'll work at the intersection of IT and business, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting testing and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and document business needs.

🔸 Model business processes using BPM/UML and translate them into functional specifications aligned with SAP modules.

🔸 Validate and challenge IT functional analysis to ensure optimal solutions.

🔸 Support unit testing and organise end-user testing to ensure system readiness.

🔸 Deliver training material and conduct key user training to facilitate system adoption.

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA , ideally with exposure to SD, CRM, and CPM modules.

✅ Proficiency in Business Process Modelling (BPM) and UML techniques.

✅ Excellent workshop facilitation and requirement gathering skills.

✅ Fluent in French and Dutch with English for documentation .

✅ Background in testing, training , and end-user support within SAP landscapes.
