Administration and Invoicing Officer


We are currently looking for a Part-Time (50%) Administration & Invoicing Officer to support our Finance team based in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centralize and process purchase invoices for all Access Group entities
  • Manage the invoice approval process
  • Prepare payments
  • Prepare sales invoices
  • Handle various administrative tasks
  • Assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects

This is a part-time position (50%), ensuring flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the Finance team.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Office management/Executive Secretaryship or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Strong command of English (working language) and French
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
