Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days per week on-site)Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)Day Rate: CompetitiveLanguages: Fluent in French or DutchStart Date: ASAPOur client, a well-established organisation based in Brussels, is undergoing a significant HR systems transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of their SAP SuccessFactors programme.We are recruiting on their behalf for a contract position offering a flexible hybrid working model with two days per week required on-site.Role Overview:This role will act as the key liaison between HR business stakeholders and the technical implementation team. The successful candidate will support requirements gathering, documentation, process optimisation, and user adoption activities as the SAP SuccessFactors platform is deployed across the business.Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering workshops and document business needsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external SAP consultantsAnalyse and map current and future HR processesSupport UAT, training preparation, and change managementEnsure alignment between business goals and system deliveryRequirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS projectsStrong understanding of HR processes and systemsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFluent in either French or DutchAbility to attend the Brussels office two days per weekIf you're interested—or know someone in your network who would be a great fit—please get in touch.
