We are looking for a motivated IT Service Engineer to support the internal IT team and assist the IT Manager in daily operations as well as in integration projects of new sites located in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.Responsibilities: IT Support MaintenanceInstallation and configuration of desktops and related hardwareManagement of printers (e.g., Ysoft) and network equipmentCreation and basic administration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs)First-level troubleshooting of network issues IT Project InvolvementAssistance with email and domain migrationsRollout and setup of new printersIT preparation for new site openings Teams TelephonySetup, configuration, and support of Microsoft Teams telephony Documentation SecurityDocumentation of alarm systems, camera infrastructure, and general IT infrastructure componentsProfile:Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshootingStructured, autonomous, and team-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel occasionally across Belgium, Luxembourg, and FranceFluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)Good understanding of technical EnglishConditions:39 hours/week with flexible working hoursCompany car, phone, subscription, and other tools providedStructured environment with standardized documentationBacked by an experienced external IT partner for support and knowledge sharing
