Sales Account Executive


⚠️⚠️ Native English and Dutch and Sales background are a MUST ⚠️⚠️

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in our Brussels office. Experience in selling SaaS software or services is a plus, but not required. This role involves both direct sales and product-led growth strategies. Fluency in Dutch and English , along with a professional-level proficiency in French , is preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive at Wello Solutions, you will help grow our business by selling our Field Service Management solutions to key decision-makers.

Your role includes:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle —from finding leads to closing deals.
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers to drive sales.
  • Following up with potential customers to convert interest into sales.
  • Working with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Recording interactions in CRM for future reference.

  • Freshers with sales acumen and a growth mindset are welcome.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
  • Eagerness to learn how to close deals and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Ability to understand and explain software solutions and their value.
  • A team-oriented mindset , working closely with marketing and customer success teams.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory and proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Preferably based in or near Brussels .
