Servicenow Consultant - Remote Working

ServiceNow Consultant – ITOM Implementation Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (plus possible extension) Location: Brussels Travel Requirements: 2 days on-site per week, 3 remote Language: English Minimum Experience: 5+ years with ServiceNow Responsibilities Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules , including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB . Analyze infrastructure and operational requirements to design scalable ITOM solutions . Configure and optimize MID Servers, probes, and sensors for data collection. Implement integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc.). Collaborate with IT infrastructure and cloud teams to map services and dependencies. Manage CMDB health, data quality, and reconciliation rules. Support platform testing, UAT, go-live, and post-deployment activities in an Agile environment. Functional Requirements: Strong understanding of IT operations and service management processes. Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams. Ability to gather and translate technical requirements into ServiceNow configurations. Technical Requirements: Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM , especially Discovery , Service Mapping , and Event Management . Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with MID Server setup. Familiarity with CMDB architecture, normalization, and data ingestion. Nice to Have: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, ITOM Implementation Specialist) Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors and IntegrationHub
