Our client, a well-established organisation based in Brussels, is undergoing a significant HR systems transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of their SAP SuccessFactors programme.
We are recruiting on their behalf for a contract position offering a flexible hybrid working model with two days per week required on-site.
This role will act as the key liaison between HR business stakeholders and the technical implementation team. The successful candidate will support requirements gathering, documentation, process optimisation, and user adoption activities as the SAP SuccessFactors platform is deployed across the business.
Lead requirements gathering workshops and document business needs
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external SAP consultants
Analyse and map current and future HR processes
Support UAT, training preparation, and change management
Ensure alignment between business goals and system delivery
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS projects
Fluent in either French or Dutch
