To support our growth, we’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who thrives on pushing boundaries and wants to work on innovative AI use cases—from ideation to production.

Your Mission

As a Senior AI Engineer , you will:

Design & Develop AI Use Cases

• Build end-to-end AI solutions, from quick prototypes to scalable deployments.
• Leverage large language models (GPT/OpenAI) and Azure AI services for real-world applications.
• Engineer prompts to optimize LLM performance and accuracy.
• Integrate AI features into existing client systems or platforms (API, Azure Functions, etc.).

Collaborate Cross-functionally

• Work hand-in-hand with UX, product, and business teams to co-create impactful use cases.
• Educate and support internal and client teams on the possibilities and limitations of generative AI.
• Contribute to workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and AI evangelism.

Build Robust, Maintainable Systems

• Apply DevOps best practices to ensure stable and secure deployments.
• Use Python for AI development and manage versioned APIs or REST integrations.
• Document code, pipelines, and architectural decisions clearly and accessibly.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Monitor and test cutting-edge AI trends, especially in agentic architectures (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools).
• Prototype and experiment with new frameworks, tools, and methods.
• Ensure AI solutions are ethical, secure, and aligned with business value.

Your Profile

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems in production (incl. LLMs like GPT).
• Expert knowledge in Python and cloud-native development (Azure Functions, API integrations).
• Strong background in Azure AI services , incl. Azure OpenAI, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise in prompt engineering , including optimization and reuse of templates.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and software architecture patterns.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with data engineering or BI pipelines (ETL/ELT, SQL, Power BI).
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Understanding of Agile delivery within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Bilingualism in French or Dutch is a plus (English full professional fluency required).
