As part of a recruitment for one of our clients – an international, family-owned premium wine & spirits company – we are currently looking for a:

👉 Field Sales Representative (M/F)

📍 Field-based – Mainly Belgium + occasional travel to Luxembourg | HQ in Brussels

🕒 Full-time – Permanent contract (CDI)

Field Sales Representative – Your missions:

You will be the face of the brand across your territory, responsible for increasing visibility and consumer engagement in both on- and off-trade channels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Executing field activations, tastings, POS merchandising and pricing strategies
• Managing key accounts in nightlife venues, bars and independent liquor stores
• Coordinating sales programs and initiatives with importer teams
• Monitoring distribution, stock levels, and budget follow-up
• Representing the brand in trade fairs and in-store product demos

Field Sales Representative – Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry (wine & spirits preferred)
• Fluent in English and French or Flemish (good working level in the third language is a plus)
• Autonomous, structured, and highly comfortable in a field-based role (4–5 days/week travel)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with both clients and partners
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage and drive local activations
