Next Ventures have partnered with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced ServiceNow Developer for an exciting contract opportunity. You will join a client project team to design, develop, and customize scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Contract Details: Duration: 6–12 months (with potential extension) Location: Fully remote Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for building tailored applications, enhancements, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM practices, hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow ecosystem Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies Customize core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective solutions Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Requirements: ~4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development ~ In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules and processes ~ Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting ~ Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and the Service Portal ~ Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling ~ Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices Interested?
