Solutions Architect

We collaborate closely with European Union public institutions and agencies, helping skilled professionals navigate and grow in their international careers.

We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud-native solutions, coordinate across stakeholders and ensure compliance with EU data and interoperability standards for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native architecture solutions aligned with EU standards;
• Coordinate with DevSecOps and development teams to ensure seamless deployment , integration , and performance optimization of cloud-based components ;
• Support project planning and procurement activities by contributing to technology evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and vendor assessments;
• Ensure compliance with interoperability , data sovereignty , and security requirements , while promoting architectural reusability and avoiding vendor lock-in.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) with hands-on involvement in designing large-scale, distributed systems;
• Strong knowledge of microservices , APIs , and event-driven architectures , ideally in the context of data platforms or digital service hubs;
• Familiarity with EU standards or public sector requirements related to data protection , system integration , and procurement support ;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external contractors;
• University degree in Computer Science or relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings .

This is a hybrid role , requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 1/2 days per week. 📍
