YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST You’ll play a central role in bridging business needs with technological solutions for top-tier financial institutions. Gathering and analysing requirements: Understand, document, and challenge business and functional needs across departments. Lead sessions with clients and stakeholders to capture user needs, business processes, and regulatory constraints. Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, define data models, and oversee their integration. Testing and validation: Prepare test plans, coordinate UAT phases, and ensure the solutions meet expected outcomes. Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support. Managing change: Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption and communicating effectively across operational teams. Master’s degree in a relevant field Proficient in English, French or Dutch (trilingual is a major asset) Personalised coaching to help you define and achieve your goals.
