ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join one of our global consulting clients . This role is based in Brussels with a hybrid working model — 2 days on-site and 3 days remotely per week .

In this position, you’ll act as a cross-functional architect, delivering guidance and expertise across multiple client ServiceNow initiatives instead of focusing on a single program. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.

Role Type: 6 month contract (possible extension)

Location/Language: Brussels — English (required)

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work across various projects and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Willingness to work on-site 2 days per week in Brussels (some flexibility on this)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead ServiceNow Architect across multiple business units
• Gather, translate, and refine business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide architectural guidance and design solutions for ITSM, SPM, CSM, and custom applications
• Support long-term platform strategy and implementation of best practices
• Work closely with technical teams to align delivery with client expectations and standards

Essential Experience:

• At least 6 years’ experience with ServiceNow
• Architectural expertise across modules such as ITSM, CSM, and SPM
• Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Fluency in English
• Collaborative and strong communication skills

Desirable Experience (Additional Information):

• Experience within a multi-client or consultancy environment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
• ServiceNow certifications (desired but not essential)
