To support its continued growth, Insurope is looking for a Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst to join its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium . You’ll be exposed to the inner workings of international employee benefits and insurance programs, with room to grow into a more technical or senior role over time. If you're are based in Belgium , detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to develop your skills in a collaborative, international environment — we’d love to hear from you. Production of Multinational Accounts Production of Multinational Pooling Illustrations (i.e. quotations) Assistance to the Sales department with respect to the Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling Illustrations Discuss deliverables and planning/timelines with all stakeholders (i.e. commercial/salespeople, network members, etc.) Maintaining existing tools (in Excel and Access) and testing of new developments One to three years of relevant experience in the Insurance and/or mathematics and/or economics and/or financial Institutions Minimum bachelor’s degree required Knowledge of VBA or other programming languages (a plus) Knowledge/Experience in (International) Employee Benefits (a plus) Graduate actuary (a plus) Fluency in English - other languages is an asset Great sense of organisation and planning com clearly indicating “Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst” in the subject line.
