Job Title: Cloud Architect (Azure) – Contract

Location: Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Role overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned Azure Cloud Architect to support a cloud infrastructure upgrade for a manufacturing client in Antwerp. This contract role will focus on modernizing legacy systems, designing scalable Azure solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Azure architecture for a large-scale upgrade project.
• Assess existing infrastructure and define optimized migration paths.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT and vendors to drive technical execution.
• Support DevOps enablement and automation (IaC with ARM/Bicep/Terraform).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, identity, and governance.
• Experience with manufacturing IT systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.
