We’re looking for a Direct Sales and Partnership Manager for the BeLux market to lead a team of 6 Business Developers in growing our credit insurance and debt collection business lines. &##Language Requirement: Fluent in Dutch, French and English Manage, coach and motivate the Sales team to build a dynamic pipeline and optimize conversion rate Work closely with Marketing team to build impactful content for the market and make the most effective use of resources for campaigns/events. Hands-on people manager, who can motivate, coach and support a team of business developers ~5+ years experience as a sales manager in credit insurance with proven track record of sales success ~ Ability to take ownership, implement, and execute a business strategy for financial services ~ Outstanding sales, presentation and communication skills in Dutch/French/English. ~ Opportunity to acquire knowledge in the field of business information services, trade credit insurance and finance; Regular and interesting team building activities.
