Access Capital Partners (“Access”) is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity and Infrastructure assets in Europe. Access manages EUR14.4 billion on behalf of its international institutional clients and operates with a team of 94 professionals based in six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.We are currently looking for a Controller to assist our Finance team based in Brussels (Belgium).As a Controller, you will:Participate in quarterly and annual closingsParticipate in yearly Business Plan/BudgetParticipate in annual audit processParticipate in profitability analysisBe responsible for:various administrative tasksvarious operational costs analysis and follow-upupdate/improve internal proceduresinvoicing processAd-hoc analysis/projectsThe following qualifications are requested for this position:Master in Finance, Economics or accountancy1-year experience in financial audit or in a controlling position in an international companyKnowledge in accounting and controllingStrong analytical skills and results drivenGood knowledge of English (working language) and FrenchAbility to work independently but also as team playerEager to learn, flexible, stress resistant Highly organised and rigorous in her/his workGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office toolsGood interpersonal skills
