**Job Title:** Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our planning process and acting as the primary interface between customers and our production teams.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and optimize ERP planning modules to ensure all planning parameters, material requirements, and capacity constraints are accurately maintained.
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing forecasted demand with production capacity and material availability.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules based on validated capacity and material supply.
• Monitor daily production progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
