• Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and managing leads: identify project opportunities, collaborate with teams to create suitable solutions
• Preparing financial models and offers: conduct analyses, prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations
• Delivering input to software solution developments to improve functionality and earnings models
• Defining strategy in collaboration with Department Manager
• Building partnerships: creating relations with external partners to offer complete solutions
• Contributing to a positive team dynamic: building strong partnerships with operational managers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you need to have a degree in civil, industrial, or commercial engineering or economics-related field and possess good technical understanding.

You should also have at least five years of experience in business development, sales, and commercial developments, analytical and organizational skills to manage complex projects.

Knowledge and experience in technical design, project management, coordinating stakeholders, and closing transactions is a plus.

You must understand financial concepts, be adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, independent, flexible, and able to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment.

You should be fluent in English and French with a good knowledge of the second national language Dutch.
