Senior SAP CRM Specialist

Location: Bruxelles


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and CRM team members to oversee and coordinate assigned change initiatives, improvements, and project-related impacts. Ensure alignment with existing system capabilities and drive strong user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute fresh ideas, industry knowledge, and emerging technology insights to continuously enhance the performance and utility of the customer identity platform.
  • Take initiative to refine support processes, training materials, and communication strategies related to the customer identity platform.
  • Actively contribute to various project streams involving updates to the customer identity platform, including:
  • Integration efforts linked to system transitions (e.g., migration to next-gen ERP and customer engagement platforms).
  • Connections with evolving sales infrastructures.
  • Expansion of identity management functionalities for B2C and B2B environments, including support for new digital portals.
  • The position reports to the CRM functional lead and involves close cooperation with teams focused on Customer Service and Commercial Operations.


Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years working with a Customer Identity & Access Management solution (SAP CDC or equivalent).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Background in SAP-based systems such as CRM, S/4HANA, ECC, or Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Master’s degree or comparable experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to translate business needs into clear functional and technical deliverables.
  • Solid hands-on experience in areas such as:
  • Identity and access management for both individual and enterprise customers.
  • User interface configuration and access control.
  • API and site configuration.
  • Delegated user administration, workflow setup, and member/organization data handling.
  • Data integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms, particularly using SAP middleware tools.
  • Prior exposure to customer data integration with marketing automation platforms is a plus (deep platform knowledge not required).
  • Experience using ITSM and agile tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
  • Trilingual communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, with the ability to interact across business and technical teams.
  • Strong governance and operational mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Independent, collaborative, and driven with a focus on delivering results and maintaining quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and support diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to be present onsite in Brussels two days per week. Candidates must already hold valid work authorization.
