Boost system performance to support a rapidly growing user base. Contribute to product-refinement sessions, shaping both what is built and how it’s delivered. Skills & Experience ~ Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering. ~2+ years of professional backend development. ~ Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic architecture decisions. ~ Growth mindset; bonus for hands-on work with AI prompt engineering or model fine-tuning.
