Senior PAS-X Modeler - Dutch Speaking

We are supporting a global leader in a critical phase of their digital manufacturing transformation. This high-impact programme involves the deployment of Werum PAS-X MES across key production sites. The goal is to streamline operations, improve compliance, and digitise core manufacturing processes in alignment with GMP standards.

As a Senior PAS-X Modeller, you will be responsible for designing and building the system’s master batch records (MBRs) and recipes to accurately reflect complex pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Your role will include interpreting business and process requirements, modelling workflows within PAS-X, collaborating closely with QA, process engineers, and IT teams, and supporting validation and testing efforts. Your modelling expertise will be central to the success of the MES deployment.

We're seeking someone with deep, hands-on experience in PAS-X recipe modelling, ideally including MBR creation, workflow design, and integration with shop-floor systems. Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is essential, along with the ability to work in highly regulated environments. Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) is a strong advantage.
