Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record in warehouse and logistics management.

You’re tech-savvy enough to work with warehouse systems and data but practical enough to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.
Job Role:
Manage daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including inventory control, order fulfilment, shipping, and receiving
Monitoring Production lines are up to date for shipment dates
Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock takes/audits
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
Manage the maintenance and organisation of warehouse equipment and facilities
Implementing Structure
Analyse performance data to identify productivity gaps and develop corrective actions.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and resolve any delivery issues
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and improve workflow
Expectations:
Proven experience as a Warehouse or Fulfilment Supervisor or similar role.
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Excel, WMS software).
Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. forklift license, logistics management courses).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
