Lead Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and expert Hardware Engineer to take on a technical leadership role within our agile and international hardware team. You’ll mentor fellow engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help define the future of our product line. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of tens of thousands of patients and caregivers , improving safety, responsiveness, and quality of care across healthcare facilities globally. Working as a Lead Hardware Engineer Lead and contribute to hardware development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Define and decide on hardware architecture for new devices in collaboration with the team. Estimate and manage product costs early in the development process. Ensure high standards are met in terms of deadlines, cost-efficiency, and product quality. Support budget planning and resource allocation for hardware initiatives. Master’s degree in Hardware Engineering or equivalent through experience. Familiarity with display technologies including screens and touch interfaces. A full-time contract (38 hour week) at a company that has international success, but remains solidly rooted in Belgium as it keeps on growing; The chance to deliver quality, because that’s what we stand for;
