Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for receiving, warehousing, and packing shipments.

负责货物的接收、入库与打包发货。

• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations with other warehouses and prepare corresponding reports.

与其他仓库一同定期盘点复核库存情况，拟制相应报表；

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the warehouse.

仓库日常运营及管理工作；

• Assist technical support engineers in product maintenance work.

协助技术支持工程师进行产品维护工作；

Requirements:

职位要求:

• No specific major required; candidates with relevant vocational education in warehousing are preferred.

专业不限，有仓储相关职业教育背景者优先；

• At least 1 years of experience in warehouse operations; familiarity with warehouse management processes.

至少1年以上仓储工作经验；熟悉仓库管理运营流程

• Proficient in handling goods receipt, warehousing, shipping, and return processes, with the ability to manage on-site materials efficiently. Basic logistics knowledge and hands-on operational experience are required.

熟悉货物的收货、入库、发送、退货流程,能够管理好现场物料，了解基础的物流概念并有一定实际的操作经历；

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software; experience with warehouse management software is preferred.

熟练使用办公Office软件技能，有仓库管理软件使用操作经验优先

• Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic.

为人踏实，有良好的职业素养

• Fluent in Dutch and capable of being used as a working language. Candidates fluent in both Chinese and English are preferred.

荷兰语流利，且可作为工作语言，中文及英文流利者优先。
