We are looking for a Connectivity Coordinator to steer network connection and modification projects for a major utility provider in West Flanders. You’ll be the linchpin between builders, engineering firms, public authorities, and internal teams, ensuring every connection project runs smoothly from first site visit to final sign-off.
Contract : until end of year (EOY) with option to extend
Work regime : full-time (4/5 may be discussed)
Location : mainly Bruges region + regular trips to Izegem
On-site rhythm : bi-weekly coordination day in Izegem (exact day TBD)
Languages : Dutch (required) · French (nice) · English (basic)
Responsibilities
Own and coordinate end-to-end connectivity projects within your assigned region
Conduct site visits; draft thorough technical reports including risk analysis & network assessments
Align project timelines and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders
Keep builders, utility partners and authorities fully informed; document all agreements
Validate measurement statements and verify customer-executed works prior to rollout
Lead bi-weekly coordination meetings, ensuring seamless information flow
Guide internal & external engineers based on your site findings
Drive on-time delivery by monitoring lead-times, risks and resource needs
Maintain accurate project administration and update internal systems
Requirements
Must-haves
~1 + year experience in telecom (coax or FTTH)
~ Proven project coordination & stakeholder-management skills
~ Strong technical reporting & documentation abilities
~ Structured, detail-oriented, able to juggle a dynamic agenda independently
~ Valid driving licence + own vehicle
~ Proficient with MS Word & Excel
~ Fluent Dutch
Nice-to-haves
Experience liaising with public sector or utility companies
French proficiency
Familiarity with telecom project tools/platforms
