Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and results-driven individual who enjoys working in the development of new products from scratch. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and helping us expand into new markets and applications.

In this role, you will design, develop, and test new coatings solutions, formulating new chemistries, researching and integrating novel raw materials, and applying cutting-edge curing technologies to improve product performance and offer energy-efficient solutions for diverse applications.

You will lead research projects, designing experiments, testing, and introducing new materials. You will also develop and manage R&D projects from concept through pilot to production scale-up, taking full ownership throughout the process.

As a leader of a cross-functional team and in close collaboration with our international R&D network, you will ensure that innovations meet both technical and market demands. This is an opportunity to pioneer a new business line and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Polymer Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Strong theoretical knowledge combined with a hands-on approach
• Good knowledge of metal coatings, radiation/UV curing technologies, and water-based and solvent-based systems
• Knowledge of European regulations and frameworks is an added advantage
• Analytical and curious by nature, with a passion for experimentation and fine-tuning formulations
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills within an international team
