Are you a Product owner with a strong interest in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), and ready to grow into a strategic product role at the intersection of business, tech, and regulation?

We are looking for motivated individuals to join a scale-up active in AI-driven compliance solutions within the financial industry. This is your chance to develop into a Product Owner or Product Manager through a structured learning journey.

Your Role

Depending on your experience, you will evolve toward:

• Acting as the link between business requirements and product development
• Helping translate FCC/AML needs into strategic product roadmaps
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, tech)
• Contributing to long-term vision, mission and roadmap
• Helping deliver high-impact AI tools in the compliance domain

Your Profile

• Product Manager with analytical background or 5 years of relevant experience
• Interest or experience in financial compliance (e.g. AML, KYC, fraud, risk)
• First exposure to Agile/Scrum or product delivery is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills, business mindset, and curiosity
• Fluent in English and (Dutch or French)
