Team Supervisor – Luxury Client Services

As part of an international, family-owned business, you'll work in agile teams with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and a culture that empowers you to grow and make an impact.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in the aviation coatings sector in Spain. This is a critical role for a technically skilled sales professional with deep understanding of aviation industry, aircraft paint systems and surface treatment processes.As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strong willingness to travel, often on short notice, to meet clients, attend industry events, and support projects globally.ResponsibilitiesAcquisition of new customers as well as commercial and technical advice and support for our existing customers (including travel)Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, MROs, airlines, and aviation paint shopsProvide technical consultation to clients, advising on product performance, specifications, and application processes.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordinglyCommercial support for technical product demonstrations to win new projectsDevelopment of solution-oriented coating systems in close cooperation with potential customers and our technical departments Conducting price and contract negotiationsWork closely with internal RD, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product suitabilityProcessing complaints in close cooperation with the internal departmentsManagement of customers and projects using a CRM systemPrepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and activity documentationAttend trade shows, conferences, and customer sites – travel up to 70–80% of the timeRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Several years of professional experience in sales of products requiring explanation, ideally in the paint / chemical industryHigh technical affinity as well as solution- and result-oriented representation of customer requirements Above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”Solution- and result-oriented representation of customer requirements Confident handling of common MS Office applications and the use of CRM softwareProven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the aerospace or aviation sectorSpanish native; business fluent in English; German language skills and/or another language are a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable with frequent international travel and flexible working hours
