For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow developer who will
Support and guide the team through the different processes
Monitor the instances
Execute maintenance/run tasks (small changes, License management, ...)
Apply ITIL framework : Incident management, Problem Management, Asset Management and Change Management
Prepare and follow-up releases (runbook preparation and validation, presentation Change board)
Optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and automate repetitive tasks
Understand report creation, dashboard management
Implement the processes in Service Now
Design and create feeding interfaces to integrate data on ServiceNow
Setup API integration
Analyse and create automated exports from Service Now to answer business' needs
Analyse and configurate Email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now
Design workflow in Service Now
Migrate existing tools to Service Now
