Odoo is looking for a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via various channels (e.g., email, phone, live chat)
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall support processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • IT and business affinity
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
