Customer Service Representative for Medical Sector

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the medical sector. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, planning, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless order management and delivery. You will also be responsible for analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement to optimize future operations.

You will serve as the single point of contact for a group of customers, developing strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will work on ad-hoc projects such as sales support, fairs, and conferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
