DeFi Liquidity & Growth Strategy Lead


About Web3Space:


Web3Space is a decentralized platform for verifiable credentials, on-chain collaboration systems, and governance-aligned coordination tools. We develop infrastructure for blockchain-native contributors through cross-chain identity, DAO-integrated credentialing, smart contract-based automation, and reputation-enabled growth models. Our mission is to enable economically sustainable work environments in decentralized ecosystems without reliance on traditional platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead growth programs in decentralized finance, including liquidity provisioning, staking systems, and governance-integrated coordination
  • Design incentive frameworks that support efficient capital deployment across multichain protocols
  • Coordinate liquidity initiatives across decentralized exchanges, lending platforms, and staking modules
  • Collaborate with protocol treasuries, DAOs, and network partners to execute aligned initiatives
  • Evaluate protocol data using on-chain analytics platforms to inform liquidity optimization


Who You Are:


  • 3+ years of experience in DeFi growth, liquidity strategy, or token mechanism design
  • Strong understanding of automated market makers (AMMs), time-based incentive systems, and DAO-based capital structures
  • Demonstrated success designing aligned incentive models in decentralized environments
  • Skilled in analytics platforms such as Dune, DeFiLlama, or Flipside
  • Prioritizes blockchain-native coordination systems over traditional finance frameworks

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary: $130,000–$190,000
  • Performance-linked incentives may be available based on project success
