Our client is a major IT services provider in Belgium, delivering end-to-end IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, software development, consulting, and staffing. As part of their continued growth, they are hiring a Solution Sales – Data & AI to support their sales strategy and business development goals. As a Solution Sales professional, you will be accountable for the commercial development of a specialized product line, with a focus on Data & AI. Use various outreach techniques including digital campaigns, events, calls, and emails. Client Engagement : Meet with clients and prospects to promote the added value of the company's Data & AI solutions. Collaboration with Account Managers : Work closely with account managers to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions. Presales Support : Collaborate with presales teams to build persuasive, technically sound proposals tailored to client needs. You will shape the commercial messaging of these offers. Stay updated on market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in Data & AI. You will be part of the “Go to Market & Solution Sales” team, reporting directly to your team lead and supported by experienced colleagues. Sales Expertise : Proven experience in IT solution sales, particularly in a consultative or technical pre-sales environment. Solid understanding of Data & AI solutions, with the ability to explain value propositions in clear and compelling terms. Results-Driven : Goal-oriented, proactive approach to business development and achieving sales targets. Degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Significant experience in selling or supporting the sale of complex technology solutions, ideally in the Data & AI domain. Self-starter with good time management, organizational skills, and a structured work style. Capable of balancing multiple priorities and managing sales cycles efficiently.
