Altissia has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Back-end Developer within the Product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the server-side code and APIs of our applications.

Your mission

• Be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. Write reusable and maintainable code.
• Optimize performance from production monitoring and load testing results.
• Define and evolve standards and best practices within the backend silo.
• Support releases and the evolution of automation and cloud technologies within Altissia.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience.
• Ultimately, you'll be the driving force behind all back-end activities.

Your profile

• Significant experience with Go, other programming languages like Kotlin and Java are nice to have and command languages like bash or Makefiles.
• Well-versed in development within a containerized micro-service and event-driven architecture, with practical experience implementing CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation).
• A good understanding of the entire product development process; devops philosophy makes sense for you.
• Familiar with integration and build automation tools.
• Analytical and good at time management.
• Great problem-solving skills and you work well in a team.
• Curious about new technologies and excited to find ways to implement them in your daily work.
• Oversee and drive projects forward.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus.
