Job Description

As a Team Lead QA, you will be responsible for reviewing and releasing batches of ISO 13485/IVD products, as well as other customer products designated by management.

You will serve as the first point of contact within the team and for other departments, helping to organize and prioritize daily work within the department.

Troubleshooting order issues and monitoring incoming requests are also key responsibilities, in addition to maintaining up-to-date work instructions and improving daily workflows where possible.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for following up on training needs and statuses within the department.
