You’ll be the go-to specialist for all things Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation (E/I/A) across our advanced LNG fleet—supporting world-class floating energy assets and shaping the future of maritime gas innovation.

Your Mission

As Automation Superintendent, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership for LNG infrastructure assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. From day-to-day troubleshooting to strategic planning and dry-dock support, your expertise will directly impact fleet performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the subject matter expert for all E/I/A systems—supporting existing assets and future LNG newbuilds.
• Deliver fast, effective solutions to automation and electrical issues in close collaboration with Technical Superintendents and onboard teams.
• Review and refine technical specs for dry-docking, upgrades, and overhauls.
• Propose and implement smart technical modifications that boost performance and reliability.
• Manage and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and certification compliance.
• Lead technical budgets, procurement approvals, and vendor assessments.
• Ensure tight reporting on progress, cost, and compliance across all E/I/A projects.

What You Bring

• Master’s in Automation, Electromechanics, or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years in a technical maritime role or sailing experience as an automation engineer.
• Hands-on knowledge of DCS, SIS, Honeywell systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for smart engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations (a plus).
• Confident communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
