As HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as the key HR reference at the site level, managing the full employee life cycle for both internal staff and external agency personnel. You will work closely with business leaders to support operational stability, talent acquisition, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic logistics environment.

Provide comprehensive strategic and operational support across various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and development.
Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR experts and stakeholders.
Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with relevant departments.
Coordinate the issuance of training certificates for international training programs,aligning with operational and HR requirements.
Manage employee benefit programs provided by external suppliers.
Provide widespread support to the HR department, including accounting of HR expenses and maintenance of the HR database.

๐ง Education:
โข Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
โข Additional HR certifications are a plus.
๐ Experience:
โข 2+ years in HR roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing environments.
โข Demonstrated experience in labor relations, payroll, and workforce management.
โข Familiarity with Dutch labor law and experience working in a matrix environment.
