You will work as a MindCapture consultant at a globally renowned pharmaceutical company, driving innovation in healthcare.

Job Description:

You will join a leading pharmaceutical production site as a consultant, supporting the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). In this key role, you will ensure the quality and efficiency of essential pharmaceutical processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor product and process performance indicators
• Drive and execute process improvement initiatives
• Support process validations and qualifications
• Coordinate technology transfers between sites
• Lead investigations into deviations and non-conformities
• Define and implement CAPA plans

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Bioscience Engineering, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of organic chemistry processes (e.g., drying, distillation, extraction)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
