Our goal is to help energy origin tracking system facilitators to design and optimize their energy tracking system - to ensure it is trusted, efficient and future-proof for the ongoing energy transition. A small but growing organisation, building on 20+ years of experience in renewable energy certification, Enunda provides profound expertise, helps draft regulations, facilitates energy certificate markets and supervising origin disclosure. This enables the system participants to impact the sustainability of energy production and contribute to a cleaner world: Consumers are empowered to make active choices for a clean origin of the energy they consume, Regulators are equipped to achieve targets, Governments can support energy that meets their criteria.

Tasks include: 

• Consultancy on development of rules, laws and standards on energy origin tracking 
• Analysis, Development of reports, studies and energy tracking system improvement proposals with a main focus on impactful energy origin tracking and consistency with legal framework 
• Apply ideas and strengths from origin tracking in one sector to multiple other sectors, with openness for sector-specific needs and solutions 
• Audits and conformity assessments of a.o. certificate issuers and gap analysis of national and voluntary tracking schemes with energy attribute tracking standards 
• Feed and manage the online learning platform, build online course products: course structuring, offer structuring, client-need orientation 
• Report management 
• Templating, outlining and proof-reading reports 
• Aligning subject matter reports towards the client need 
• Creating documentation and descriptions of existing legal frameworks related to energy origin tracking, certification towards policy criteria, greenhouse gas emission accounting 
• Project management 
• Minuting meetings and distilling the essence of a discussion into subsequent action items 
• Prospect care and Client care 
• Stakeholder engagement, working in conversation with many stakeholders over multiple types of organisations and roles 
• Synthetic thinker, exploring common ground in seemingly opposing stakeholder positions and needs 
• Proactively identify growth opportunities for the organisation, develop ideas and propose possible new actions and orientations for Enunda 

 Profile: 

• A master’s degree in law studies, environmental studies, engineering or equivalent by experience 
• Minimum 3 year of experience with studying or developing of regulations, laws and/or standards 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy sector, preferably in energy origin tracking system facilitation or design 
• Project management experience 
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving & presentation skills alongside focus to detail, without losing sight of the big picture 
• Can-do mentality 
• Creative solution and excellent problem-solving skills alongside focus to detail, without losing sight of the big picture 
• Client care orientation with balance for efficiency 
• Output-driven, agile, flexible and organized, curious 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, preferably also in French 
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and efficiently in (partly or fully) remote context 
• Following experience is a plus: 
• Chain of Custody Tracking of environmental attributes. 
• Greenhouse Gas Emission calculations 
• Audits and conformity assessments 
• Consultancy 
• Standards development 
• Market monitoring 
• Lawmaking
