Functional Analyst Dynamics FinOps

An international logistics company with a central IT hub in Belgium is currently undergoing a large-scale transformation to consolidate various local systems into a single, future-proof ERP platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a Functional Analyst within the FinOps domain, you will be part of the core team designing and refining finance-related processes in the new ERP landscape. You will play a key role in translating business needs into solution designs that drive lasting improvements across the organization.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You analyze existing financial systems and business models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• You define solution designs and drive structural enhancements to business processes.
• You document findings and functional requirements for technical implementation.
• You support the design of secure-by-design components and processes.
• You provide hands-on functional support during testing and validation phases.
• You assist in resolving functional and technical issues before and after go-live.

What are the expectations for this role?

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a functional expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• You are well-versed in implementing FinOps modules and applying secure-by-design principles.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
