Functional Analyst Dynamics 365 Human Resources

For our client, a market leader in its sector, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Dynamics 365 HR who wants to commit to large-scale international projects!

You will join a modern, bright office on the outskirts of Antwerp, where all ICT activities for more than 160 locations are centrally coordinated. A team of 100 IT experts is ready to take the organization to a higher level.

What will your tasks look like?

• You analyze and optimize HR processes and translate them into functional requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• You act as a link between business and IT and ensure efficient communication between both parties
• You guide the implementation of new functionalities and ensure smooth adoption by end-users
• You perform functional tests and validate new developments within the ERP system
• You provide support for the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems and tools

What do they expect from you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role within Human Resources.
• You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HRM and associated modules
• You are proactive, results-oriented, and work structured within a dynamic environment.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus
